We do not accept returns for items due to general wear and tear or minor imperfections. Our pieces are pre-loved and have each had a life before reaching you, so some signs of use are to be expected.

While we can’t guarantee items will be in perfect condition, we do our best to clearly describe any notable flaws in the product listing.

If an item arrives damaged in transit and can no longer be used for its intended purpose, we’re happy to offer a refund or store credit. To process this, we kindly ask for photo evidence of the damage and packaging.

We currently only ship to the UK.

Items are sent through Royal Mailer Evri where possible.
